Here is what our clients say about us and our camps!

Good organisation of program and understanding of the ‘St Aidan’s way’, risk management, interaction with students and communication with teachers.
St Aidan's Anglican Girls School, Year 9 Teacher
Thank you once again for a great experience. The students and parent feedback from this camp has been overwhelmingly positive. The activities were sufficiently challenging without being unachievable.
Fraser Coast Anglican College, Deputy Principal - Year 10 Camp
A fabulous camp that exceeded my expectations. I found it personally rewarding and I know the girls did too.
Stuartholme School, Year 9 Teacher
They have developed resilience and on their return to school the year level has been more cohesive as a result of this shared experience.
Fraser Coast Anglican College, Year 10 Teachers
The activities were well set up, challenging and safe. Staff were great with the students. Meals were well organised.
Immanual Lutheran College, Year 8 Teacher
Just arrived at work on this rainy day to find a lovely surprise on my desk – the camp photos and video. You have missed your calling – the video is fantastic, love the song! ( it’s one of my favourites – and so connected to the whole camp!) You have saved me hours and hours of work – and for that I’m eternally grateful. Cannot wait to share with the girls and our Deputy Principal. Have received a stack of positive emails form parents – so that’s always a great testimony to a successful event. They generally have to be REALLY happy to give any credit! So well done!
St Aidan's Anglican Girls School, Year 9 Coordinator
I didn’t know anything about Adventure Alternatives until I turned up on camp to supervise and I was blown away by the whole experience. Despite being in uncomfortable situations students worked together to find solutions and come to a peaceful enjoyable space together. Thank you for a wonderful, amazing experience, challenging but worth it.
Stuartholme School, Year 9 Teachers

Client:        Fraser Coast Anglican College

Camps:      Year 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11

Since:        2012

Description:

We started working with Fraser Coast Anglican College (FCAC) in 2012 when the school made a financial decision to dismantle its Outdoor Education department. I went and met with the school and found out very quickly that it was vital for the school community to ensure that the outdoor education camps continue into the future. With much planning and development of their year 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 camps, we redesigned the program to be progressive and developmental in nature. We spent a lot of time educating the parents about the level of care we provide and that we truly care about the outcomes we deliver and the experiences we give their children. The first year we fielded a lot of parents’ questions. The second year, we had fewer parents questioning and now, in our third year of delivering camps for the entire middle and senior school, we have created a trusting and respectful school community. It is great to see the students growing and developing, to see them embrace the outdoors, look after themselves and guide their own learning. It is an amazing experience to see. We have received glowing reports from the FCAC Leadership team and the teachers who attend camp with us each year.

Client:      St Aidan’s Anglican Girls School

Camps:    Year 9

Since:      2007

Description:

We have been working with St Aidan’s Anglican Girls School since 2007 after they had a horror camp the year before with another provider. We were contacted by the head teacher and spoke at length about her needs for the cohort and particularly the needs of parents within the school. Over the past 8 years we have fine tuned their Outdoor Education program to be tailored to the ‘St Aidan’s Way’ and the needs of the individual girl’s ability and comfort levels.
